DS2 by Future
DS2 is the embodiment of flawlessly alluring degeneracy. “Dirty Soda, Spike Lee / white girl, Ice T / Fully Loaded AP,” bewilders the ear of the most fluent of English speakers, yet the description is disconcertingly catchy. Moving away from his sentimental past, plagued by the intoxication of short-lived affairs, Future’s tracks hit hard with no remorse. The raw production offers a headbopping, necklace swinging, hair-hanging, vulgar anthem for flaunting wealth. With collaborations from hip hop's Mount Rushmore, Drake and Pharrell Williams, Future Hendrix’s DS2, no relation to Jimi, vividly depicts a rockstar lifestyle of addiction, fame, sex, and a whole lot of cash—all within an $80 Shutterstock copyrighted image.
